We accept all major credit and debit cards, including VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We accept PayPal, and we also accept pre-paid gift cards from all major banks.
What about Warranties?All Kelevera products come with a 1-year manufacturers guarantee. This warranty covers production faults, not wear and tear from regular use. The warranty may be rejected on products showing evidence of extreme or improper use. If you believe you have a warranty claim, please contact us. Include order number, photos of the suspected issue and a brief description. Kelevera’s obligations are limited to repair or replacement at an option.
Do you ship Internationally?Yes we do! We are currently working to ensure we can meet our international customers needs. Delivery to Canada and Europe is typically 7-10 days, however international orders may take several weeks for delivery depending on your country's customs office and local mail carrier. Customers are responsible for fees that may be charged by their specific country, this includes duties, taxes, and shipping fees. Please note that orders that are returned to us due to being unclaimed by the customer or customers refusal to pay extra fees, cannot be fully refunded.
How does the shipping time work?Our shipping time is around 5-7 days. This allows ups to keep our prices in check.
I haven't received my tracking numberIt should be coming! Our tracking system will update you once the product is moving and in transit. The system normally updates within 10 days of placing an order. If it hasn't, please email us at support@kelevera.com
How can I track my order?Just go to () and put in your tracking number.
What is your return policy?Returns must be made within 90 days of the shipment date. In order to process your return, items must be unworn and tags must be attached. Clearance and final sale items are not eligible for a return, refund or credit. Once a return is received, it takes 7-14 business days to process and 3-5 business days for the refund to be credited to the payment method used at the time of purchase.
How can I cancel my order?Email us within 12 hours at support@kelevera.com and we'll cancel your order and give you a refund. If you need to cancel after 24 hours, email us as well. The order might already be on its way to you. We will just ask you to return it to us and then process the refund.
